Tekscan featured on BBC Radio 4

The Cardiff University School of Engineering were recently interviewed on BBC Radio 4’s Today program discussing their research into gait retraining to assist in the rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis (OA). The department is a key Tekscan™ customer of ours, with F-Scan in-shoe pressure measurement, K-Scan joint pressure measurement and one of the longest high resolution Walkway systems in the UK & Ireland.

The team at the School of Engineering have already published some fantastic research using Tekscan™ equipment and we look forward to seeing the results of Ashley Banks and Professor Cathy Holt’s most recent project.

You can still catch the episode for a limited time here (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000b805) find the interview at 2:49:00.
